Singer/actress Demi Lovato has finally completely deleted her Twitter account after threatening several times to do so because of the constant negative comments from some of her followers on the popular social networking site.

The 18 year-old, who recently broke up with her best friend Joe Jonas, could not handle the pressure she was under and apparently decided to move on with her life. Demi needs to find a new way to communicate with her real fans, who have given her their unconditional support.

Actress/singer Demi Lovato recently declared she hates most of those gossip sites out there that always post the most unflattering pictures of her persona. I totally understand Demi. Sometimes a girl wakes up and does not like what she sees in the mirror… or all over gossip sites!

Demi tweeted, “I love how some gossip sites deliberately post pictures with disgusting angles of me. Hahaha thanks guys… Thaaanks. Ps. I hate you.”

There is no reason for Demi to feel insecure about herself and her body image. The 18 year-old is super talented and absolutely gorgeous. No kidding. I have yet to find an unflattering photograph of Demi because I always think she looks fantastic.

Demi knows the price she has to pay for being famous. Fame is definitely hard to handle, especially when your whole life is being scrutinized and there’s a lot of people, who do not really know you, judging you and fabricating stories.

Demi said, “I love my job, but the negative stuff in the media can bother me. There have even been times when my parents have been worried about it. One time they woke me up in the middle of the night after hearing a rumor that wasn’t even close to true. It can overwhelming and I kinda feel like, ‘What am I doing this for?’ I spend all this time working so hard just for people to bad mouth me. But then I’ll watch a few fan videos that people have taken the time out of their day to make, and that’s what makes it worthwhile.”

At the end of the day Demi must realize it is all worth it because of her family, loyal friends and incredible fans. GossipTeen HEARTS Demi!!

Camp Rock star Demi Lovato had already hinted she wanted to get away from Twitter because she felt like she wasn’t enjoying her real life since she was so addicted to it. Well, Demi just announced she would be leaving Twitter… for now. Demi did say it was a “Twitterbreak”.

Demi tweeted, “About to say goodbye to twitter… I love my fans so much but the access that the other people have is uncomfortable to me. Twitterbreak. Peace.”

No!! Demi, don’t go!! We don’t want Demi to leave us, but we understand why she needs some privacy and space at this time. We all know Demi’s true love, Joe Jonas has already moved on and is currently dating Ashley Greene…. can you imagine what the cruel things some people must say to Demi on Twitter!?!?

The good news is: Demi didn’t delete her Twitter account completely. Demi will be back!

This is absolutely HILARIOUS!! Actress/singer Demi Lovato was answering some fans questions during soundcheck at the Comcast Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts last week, when she warns some of her excited female fans about certain basic photographic rules.

Demi exclaims, “No up the skirt shots!” The 18 year-old Camp Rock star doesn’t want to be involved in an upskirt controversy like her former BFF Miley Cyrus got herself into a couple of months ago.

Demi tweeted, “Sometimes the internet can be so frustrating you wonder why you allow it in your life at all… Its just really sad how addicted to social networking we are. The start age is getting younger and younger… How many of you would choose reading a book over twitter?”

We understand Demi! It’s not easy to go online and find people talking about your personal life and basically judging your every move, when they really don’t know the truth.

HOWEVER, Twitter is the best way to stay in touch with fans who really love Demi! And it also gives us an opportunity to get to know Demi better and she is one beautiful person! Stay, Demi, stay!

It’s no secret Demi Lovato has a crush on fellow musician John Mayer and she finally got a chance to work with him on her forthcoming album. Demi was over the moon because John really wanted to work with her and she says it was a dream come true.

“John Mayer’s been a huge influence on me. His songwriting really inspires me,” she told MTV. “You hear music that has the same chord progression, but what he does, he changes it up. There’s little things that make him stand out.”

Demi’s album “Here We Go Again” (check out “Here We Go Again” cover) comes out on July 9.

Actress/singer Demi Lovato is tired of having people trying to judge her by her appearance. The beautiful 16 year-old sent a very important message to all her fans especially to all the young girls out there not happy with their image.

Demi Lovato tweeted: “I’m not fat, and I’m not skinny. I’m normal! We all have fat, and we all have skin, but that doesn’t mean we need to stereotype anyone. I wanna try something…

The next time you want to label someone ‘fat’ or ‘thin,’ just say whoever it is, is beautifully made. But this isn’t just for me, it’s for you girls too. Just saying it once to yourself every morning, ‘I am beautifully made’ can change how we feel about ourselves.”

Disney star Demi Lovato confessed she admires musician John Mayer and he has been an inspiration for her. Demi would love to sing a duet with him!

“He inspired a lot of the album just because he’s an incredible musician,” Demi gushes. “Oh my gosh. I think he’s one of the greatest musicians ever! Definitely of our time, but ever!”

I give them a couple of months to work something out. John also recently confessed his admiration for the young actress/singer via Twitter so we definitely expect a duet soon.
