Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato got together over the weekend to have a simple girls night out for the two long-time friends.

The two Disney stars allegedly drifted apart for a while but everything seems back to good for the teens.

Bot Gomez and Lovato posted the photo on each of their twitter pages and let the world know they support each other and their friendship is still going.

Singer Willow Smith, who’s rocking the world with her hit “Whip My Hair”, was spotted making friends with the one and only Lady GaGa at the 2011 Grammy Awards, which were held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California on Sunday (February 13).

GaGa seems to have not resisted to Willow’s super cute self and she took advantage of that to sit on the “Born This Way” singer’s lap (watch GaGa’s Grammys Performance HERE). That’s hilarious! Can you imagine GaGa whipping her hair back and forth? Yeah, baby! Willow is a superstar!

Disney star Demi Lovato, who was recently in rehab to treat physical and emotional problems, has been through a very difficult stage in her life, so she needs all the good friends she can get. Fellow actress Selena Gomez spoke out to publically offer all her support for her BFF Demi.

In an interview for El Paradiario, Selena denied the two BFFs were feuding, claiming they are still very close and there is absolutely no rivalry between them. However, both Demi and Selena have very busy schedules, therefore they do not see each other as often as they would like.

“Many people believe that there is some rivalry between us, whether because of our ages, our music or the programs that we do, etc. but there is no rivalry. Demi and I have been friends since we were 6-years-old from when we first met while working on the TV show Barney. She is my best friend.”

“Like with Miley, we respect our careers and our friendship and there is much admiration – mutual admiration – that makes us keep our friendship,” continued Selena.

Demi must be happy. It’s always good to hear one of your best friends talk about you and defend you, even when sometimes you do not have time or opportunity to say it face to face. Selena is a sweetheart!

Sugar magazine gives Selena Gomez a chance to show a little edgier, moodier side to her personality for the February 2011 cover. The publication teases some big revelations in the upcoming interview:

Selena also gave us one of her most revealing interviews, like EVER where she talked about what she’s learnt from friendship fall-outs like the one with her ex-BFF Demi (as in Lovato), why she rally rates Taylor (as in Swift) and why she’s actually feeling pretty good about being single right now (as in, in your face Nick Jonas).

Selena has said nothing about Demi Lovato’s recently troubles (and good for her!) so I’m wondering what Sugar really delivers specific to that in this interview. I think, from the way it’s worded it’s going to be general friend/ex-friend quotes, nothing direct to Demi.

Neither have said too much in the press about the end of their friendship and I think it should stay that way. Even if Lovato and Gomez aren’t as close as they used to be, it’s nice to know that some people value integrity over publicity.

Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift are really very close friends. According to Selena, the two talk “everyday” and hang out as often as they can. Gomez said in an interview there is no pretense between the BFF’s and they don’t sit around complaining they can’t get out and do normal things:

“That’s probably why she’s one of best friend cause we don’t have that… ‘Oh my gosh, it’s so hard to be us. We can’t go anywhere.’ Like, we don’t do that. We go to the mall, we go to the movies, we go to iHop.”

Gomez also says that she and Taylor are “crazy gift givers” and Swift fills boxes with lots of smaller trinkets for her friends.

Singer Taylor Swift, whose latest album “Speak Now” is an incredible success, confessed that she cannot live without some of her best friends and would love to take her BFFs, more specifically actress Emma Stone and Disney star Selena Gomez, on a road trip around the world.

When asked about the ideal travel buddies, Taylor said, “‘I would take my two best friends. One of those would be my friend, Emma. She’s an actress. She’s in a new movie called Easy A that’s really good. And then I would take Selena, my other best friend. So it would be Emma Stone and Selena Gomez. We would laugh a lot.”

OH! I had no idea Emma and Taylor were friends. They seem to be so different… but I can totally imagine the crazy wild fun the three, Taylor, Emma and Selena, would have on a road trip during which they wouldn’t be followed by paparazzi and could be themselves with no worries.

Country star Taylor Swift and her BFF, Disney star Selena Gomez, took time off their busy schedules to meet for dinner at Jamie’s Italian restaurant in London, England on Thursday (October 21).

The two BFF’s are both currently promoting their new albums. Selena has been promoting her latest work, “A Year Without Rain” in Europe, while Taylor is still preparing for the release of the forthcoming “Speak Now”. Selena and Taylor have confessed to showing their albums to each other to get their personal opinion before release.

Taylor Swift nabbed the cover of Bliss magazine. The Speak Now singer spoke to the UK publication about her friend Selena Gomez and how she doesn’t like confrontation:

Are you a confrontational person? “No, I don’t like conflict. I don’t like to raise my voice. It’s just not something that I’m very good at or inclined to do, but it doesn’t mean I don’t get mad or hurt, or resentful or frustrated and feel those same things.”

Selena recently told BLISS she looks on you as a big sister – would you agree? “I’d definetly say we have a sister relationship. I’ve never had a sister but I think if I did and I had this sweet, perfect younger sister, it would be Selena. I feel like she’s my age, though. I forget she’s 18.”

Covering everything she can – Selena Gomez (who nabbed the front of Russia’s Elle Girl magazine for September 2010, above) performed at the LA County Fair on Saturday night (September 18th) and belted out a few cover songs as well as her own material.

The singer is out touring and supporting her sophomore album, A Year Without Rain but made room in her set to sing BFF Taylor Swift’s song “You Belong With Me.” The talented Gomez also gave a great rendition of Pat Benetar’s “Love Is A Battlefield” and Jason Derulo’s “In My Head.”

Actress Dakota Fanning confessed that her very first girl-on-girl kiss happened on the set of the movie “The Runaways”. The 16 year-old, who played Cherie Currie, and co-star Kristen Stewart, who played Joan Jett, were forced to kiss for one hot scene, but Dakota says it wasn’t awfully awkward.

Dakota felt comfortable with Kristen. In fact, the two have become BFFs.

Dakota said: “Was it awkward? When you feel comfortable around someone and you have no defenses up, that’s when you’re going to be the best. I feel very comfortable with Kristen.”

Dakota is also growing up and wants to be able to take more risky and mature roles. Her career has been evolving naturally and the actress has her parents’ full support.

She explained: “I wanted to do a different kind of movie because I am getting older and my parents had no doubts about the project whatsoever. I think everyone was comfortable because it’s a true story.”

“My mom was there on set the whole time. My dad saw it at the Sundance Festival and I wasn’t really nervous because I’ve been doing this since I was six, so he’s used to seeing me in different situations.

“He says that when he watched it he didn’t even think it was me because I look so different and Cherie is not who I am in real life.”
