A very pregnant Hilary Duff Tweeted the above photo of her baby bump covered in some fantastic holiday artwork, courtesy of big sister Haylie Duff.

The pair exchanged excited messages about the arrival of Hilary’s first child with husband NHL star Mike Comrie via the Twitterverse yesterday Tweeting,

@HilaryDuff Happy holidays from the three of us!! @HaylieK what would I do without you and your artistic ways!

@HaylieK Evening spent painting my seester @HilaryDuff ’s belly and hanging with my brother in law… Can’t wait to meet my nephew.

Actress/singer Haylie Duff, Hilary Duff’s older sister, debuted a brand new look and she went further than just drastically changing her hair color. It seems like the 24 year-old got a nose job and her chin also looks smaller.

Dr. Thomas Sterry said about Haylie’s new look: “Haylie had her nose done and her chin reduced: nose has been shortened, angled upward and rounded off. I think they made her chin smaller by chipping away at the bone.”

Haylie looks fantastic!
