Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen performed live with her band “The Pretty Reckless” at Perry Street as part of Fashion Night Out in New York City on Thursday (September 10).
I know Taylor has her own punk rock style but what the heck is she wearing?? Lingerie as outwear?? Isn’t it a bit too much for a 16 year-old girl!?! I do love her long blonde hair, it looks fabulous!!
